Funcionários no geral bem simpáticos.
Só deixa desejar o café da manhã que parece hotel de rodoviária de quinta categoria,muito ruim.
Não falo dó cardápio pois não tive coragem de experimentar em razão do café da manhã que e mal qualidade.

A estrutura do Hotel é excelente, entretanto, precisa de mais cuidados. O quarto possui uma estrutura boa, cama de casal box em bom estado, entretanto, os colchões das camas de solteiro estão precisando ser trocados. As piscinas são limpas diariamente sendo bem cuidados, a área infantil e a área de jogos não foram limpos durante nossa estada, parece que esta área não é muito vista pelo hotel. As estruturas existentes de cabanas na praia precisa de cuidado para que as pessoas possam curtir o visual pois a praia é linda. O café da manhã é simples mas bom. O restaurante do hotel é terceirizado com opções diferentes para o almoço. Anoite as opções de lanches não são muito bons, bom levar algo diferente quando levar crianças. O atendimento da recepção é muito bom. Fomos em família e aproveitamos bastante.

Pena que foram poucos dias, mas foi uma experiência maravilhosa nos hospedarmos no Eco Village Indaiá. O atendimento foi excelente! A sensação era estarmos em meio à uma floresta tropical com um paisagismo deslumbrante, só que com o conforto que o hotel nos proporcionou. Agradecimentos especiais a Priscila, Jô, Ana, Felipe e à massoterapeuta (que esqueci o nome...) Todos muito simpáticos e solícitos. O café da manhã perfeito, a cerveja trincando e moqueca de camarão espetacular! Espero voltar em breve com a família toda. Só um ponto negativo a ser observado: a entrada do hotel infelizmente não condiz com o que encontramos lá dentro, além de a guarita não funcionar. No mais, tudo de bom!

Voltamos hoje da pousada, é linda! Nota 10 para o atendimento, mas nota 3 para o café-da-manhã, sem variedades, buffet super simples. Nota 7 para o chalé que foi onde ficamos, muito lindo com vista para o mar. Porém, a internet da cabana aquela própria do chalé, tinha um sinal muito fraco, nos deixando na mão quase o tempo todo. Outra coisa, a televisão só pega a rede globo, sem opção nenhuma para as crianças, uma vez que as 19hs a cozinha da pousada fecha, temos que fazer o pedido do jantar, a criança e os demais que preferem ficar no quarto, só tem opção de assistir a globo. Contudo, isso não é um grande problema para quem procura descanso. A pousada justamente oferece isso, a praia é quase exclusiva dos hóspedes, vazia, limpa e linda.
